1. Room temperature meat!
Leaving your meat out of the fridge for 20-30mins before cooking can help your meat cook to perfection. If you put cold meat on the barbie it’s likely the outsides will burn while the inside is not yet fully cooked.

2. Refreshing beverages
Often overlooked but any quality bbq barista should offer top quality beverages. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic options are always a good idea.

The average barbequer puts out iceberg lettuce and leaves it at that. If you want to truly be el capitano de bbq you need to get your head in the salad. Minimum offering must include lettuce, tomatoes, olives and a bean salad!

Everyone loves getting hands on and stuck in at BBQs. So skewers are brill way to present meat or salads.
